J'ai trois points fondamentaux \u00e0 vous raconter.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-falta-de-coordenacao-interfuncional-das-equipes\"><span class=\"s2\">1. L'absence de la coordination interfonctionnelle des \u00e9quipes<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Pour cr\u00e9er des actions ax\u00e9es sur le client, de nombreux acteurs internes et partenaires organisationnels agissent de mani\u00e8re conjointe : \u00e9quipes marketing et de vente, intelligence des donn\u00e9es (BI), unit\u00e9s de service et traitement client,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; en plus de&nbsp;<\/span>consultants, instituts de recherche et agences de communication. Bien que ces \u00e9quipes soient multifonctionnelles, l'\u00e9change d'informations et la coordination des actions sont souvent limit\u00e9s par des visions partielles de leurs r\u00e9alit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Le manque de coordination des actions efficaces de CX se produit dans de nombreux domaines d'une entreprise. Les campagnes de marketing peuvent ne pas correspondre \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de service et de la proposition r\u00e9elle du point de vente. La divergence d'int\u00e9r\u00eats peut apporter une myopie cach\u00e9e dans la recherche de r\u00e9sultats, principalement en se concentrant sur des actions efficaces de CX.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Les actions internes et externes n'ont pas toujours le m\u00eame poids dans les entreprises non plus. Les actions internes gagnent en efficacit\u00e9 et en r\u00e9sultats op\u00e9rationnels. Comme l'am\u00e9lioration des ressources humaines, l'ad\u00e9quation des processus et la conformit\u00e9. Les actions externes gagnent en visibilit\u00e9. Comme actions pour la gestion de l'exp\u00e9rience client.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Les objectifs professionnels sont les principaux d\u00e9clencheurs de conflits d'int\u00e9r\u00eats et nuisent aux actions cibl\u00e9es sur le client. Les actions ax\u00e9es sur le client sont celles qui apportent des r\u00e9sultats directs \u00e0 l'entreprise, qu'il s'agisse d'une augmentation des ventes, d'une meilleure \u00e9valuation et de commentaires qui garantissent une am\u00e9lioration de l'image et une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 et une mise en avant face aux concurrents. Cela remplit les yeux des dirigeants et garantit une reconnaissance professionnelle des personnes impliqu\u00e9es en cas de succ\u00e8s. Cependant, cela n'apporte pas n\u00e9cessairement des r\u00e9sultats effectifs pour l'entreprise. Il doit y avoir un \u00e9quilibre et veiller \u00e0 ce que l'ego ne d\u00e9passe pas les objectifs de satisfaction du client.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-conhecimento-limitado-e-parcial-de-metricas\"><span class=\"s2\">3. Connaissance limit\u00e9e et partielle des mesures CX <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">La plupart des professionnels et des cadres associ\u00e9s \u00e0 CX <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/resources\/pdfs\/comm\/salesforce\/CXHeartoftheEnterprise.pdf\">estiment qu'ils utilisent des mesures appropri\u00e9es<\/a> et sont attentifs aux mesures des clients. Mais dans quelle mesure avoir des donn\u00e9es est-il plus important que de savoir choisir celles que l'entreprise doit utiliser dans chaque situation ?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">La facilit\u00e9 d'acc\u00e8s aux informations joue un r\u00f4le important dans la mise en oeuvre d'outils de recherche et de contr\u00f4le BI dans les entreprises. Plusieurs plates-formes et logiciels, avec des \u00e9chelles pratiques, des interfaces conviviales et des questions ponctuelles et directes \u00e9blouissent tous ceux qui veulent agir avec les donn\u00e9es. Surtout ceux qui ne sont pas familiers avec cela. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Parmi les principales mesures d'exp\u00e9rience client utilis\u00e9es aujourd'hui par les entreprises, en particulier les moyennes et grandes entreprises, figurent NPS et CSAT. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Le NPS est devenu chouchou des entreprises depuis des d\u00e9cennies. Facilit\u00e9 d'application, connaissance approfondie des clients, dynamique facile et l\u00e9g\u00e8re \u00e0 appliquer. Le CSAT, l'une des mesures les plus utilis\u00e9es, principalement dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail, a \u00e9galement presque la m\u00eame logique. Tout cela apporte beaucoup de donn\u00e9es et de mani\u00e8re simple, agile et abordable. Mais sont-ils vraiment aussi efficaces ?<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"s1\">Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique, ces mesures analysent la satisfaction globale. Mais elles sont limit\u00e9es. Elles ne montrent pas le motif dont il y a eu cette \u00e9valuation. Comment cette \u00e9valuation a influenc\u00e9 un comportement. La gestion de l'exp\u00e9rience est un processus complexe, bien qu'apparent simple par l'optique purement op\u00e9rationnelle. Il convient de prendre en compte ce que l'entreprise doit faire \u00e0 tous ses niveaux pour obtenir plus de r\u00e9sultats, r\u00e9duire les risques et augmenter la r\u00e9putation et la valeur sur le march\u00e9. Et ce n'est pas la satisfaction que vas r\u00e9ussir cela toute seule.
